١. البيانات التي نقوم بجمعها 1. Data We Collect

• الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني في حال تسجيلك Name and email address if you register
• عنوان IP، نوع الجهاز، ونظام التشغيل IP address, device type, and operating system
• بيانات الاستخدام داخل اللعبة لتحسين التجربة In-game usage data to improve the experience

• تشغيل وتحسين أداء اللعبة وميزاتها To operate and improve the game's performance and features
• إرسال إشعارات هامة أو عروض ترويجية (بعد موافقتك الصريحة) To send important notifications or promotional offers (with your explicit consent)
• الأغراض الأمنية والامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية For security purposes and compliance with legal requirements

وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي، يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك، أو طلب تعديلها، أو حذفها. According to the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you have the right to access, request modification of, or delete your data.

٥. الأطفال 5. Children

اللعبة مصممة ومخصصة لمن هم فوق 15 سنة. لا نقوم بجمع بيانات من الأطفال عن عمد. The game is designed for and targeted at individuals over 15 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

شروط الخدمة Terms of Service

١. القبول بالشروط 1. Acceptance of Terms

استخدامك للعبة "فككها" يعني موافقتك الكاملة على هذه الشروط والأحكام. Your use of the "Fkkha" game signifies your full agreement to these terms and conditions.

٢. الفئة العمرية 2. Age Requirement

يجب أن يكون عمرك 15 سنة أو أكثر لاستخدام هذه اللعبة. You must be 15 years of age or older to use this game.

٣. الاستخدام المسموح 3. Permitted Use

اللعبة متاحة لأغراض ترفيهية وشخصية فقط. يُمنع منعاً باتاً الغش، أو التلاعب بنتائج اللعبة، أو استخدامها لأغراض تجارية. The game is available for entertainment and personal purposes only. Cheating, manipulating game results, or using it for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.

٤. حقوق الملكية الفكرية 4. Intellectual Property Rights

جميع المحتويات، الأسئلة، التصميم، والعلامة التجارية "فككها" هي ملكية حصرية لنا ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر. All content, questions, design, and the "Fkkha" trademark are our exclusive property and are protected under copyright laws.

٥. الاشتراكات المدفوعة 5. Paid Subscriptions

عند الدفع مقابل أي من المزايا أو الاشتراكات، يتم تفعيلها بشكل فوري. خدمة الاشتراك غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا وفقاً للحالات المذكورة في سياسة الاسترجاع. When you pay for any features or subscriptions, they are activated immediately. The subscription service is non-refundable except in the cases mentioned in the Return Policy.

٦. القانون الحاكم 6. Governing Law

تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسر وفقاً لأنظمة وقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

سياسة الاسترجاع Return Policy

١. عدم قابلية الاسترجاع 1. Non-Refundable

كقاعدة عامة، المبالغ المدفوعة للاشتراكات والمزايا داخل اللعبة هي نهائية وغير قابلة للاسترجاع بمجرد تفعيل الخدمة بنجاح. As a general rule, amounts paid for subscriptions and in-game features are final and non-refundable once the service has been successfully activated.

٢. الحالات الاستثنائية 2. Exceptional Cases

يمكن النظر في طلبات الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية فقط: Refund requests may be considered only in the following cases:

• وجود خلل تقني واضح أدى إلى فشل تفعيل الاشتراك على حسابك. A clear technical glitch that resulted in the failure to activate the subscription on your account.
• تم خصم مبلغ الاشتراك مرتين عن طريق الخطأ لنفس عملية الشراء. The subscription fee was mistakenly charged twice for the same purchase.
